Layer Cake Chocolat Pralinã
To assemble cake place 1 layer on serving plate praline side up.
Layer cake chocolat pralinã. Spread with half of whipped cream. To assemble place 1 layer on a cake stand pecan side up. Top with second layer praline side up.
To assemble put one layer on serving plate a line side up. Beat until stiff peaks form. Spread 1 2 c ganache between the cake layers.
Slowly pour the frosting over the center of the cake. In small bowl beat 1 3 4 cup cream until soft peaks blend in powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks. Top with second layer pecan side up and cover with remaining whipped cream.
Cook over low heat until the butter is just melted stirring occasionally. Step 1 bake 35 to 45 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. Garnish with whole pecans and chocolate swirls.
Cover with half of the whipped cream. Spread the remainder on the sides of the cake and chill for 30 minutes. Spread top with remaining whipped cream.
To assemble cake place 1 layer on serving plate praline side up. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. In a small heavy saucepan combine the brown sugar butter and cream.
